Makueni Senator Dan Maanzo, speaking during Citizen TV’s breakfast show, sensationally claimed that ODM leader Raila Odinga’s 2013 campaign was sponsored in part by the Adan Group.
Mr. Odinga in his address to the media on Sunday, claimed to have knowledge of the Adani Group’s operations since the time he was in office as Prime Minister.
Senator Maanzo has always been in Kalonoz Musyoka’s camp. Musyoka was Raila’s running mate in 2013. Therefore it goes without saying that Maanzo’s claims cannot be brushed off given how Odinga put up a spirited defense of the controversial Adani Group yesterday.
