The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Kenya, led by Amin Mohammed Ibrahim, has been ranked as the top investigative agency in Africa.
This is according to a survey conducted by renowned research firm Kenya Trak. Following DCI Kenya, the Criminal Investigations Department of Ghana secured the second position, while Uganda’s investigative agencies ranked third.
The survey assessed key achievements in resolving major criminal cases across various countries. Additionally, the National Bureau of Investigations from Ethiopia and the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance (DGST) from Morocco rounded out the top five. In total, the survey highlighted ten countries for their investigative prowess.
